Health and Safety lesson

For the Healthy and safety lesson we learnt how to use the JVC camcorder safely. First we were told how to put the camcorder on the tripod and secure it so it doesn't fall.Then we were told what some of the button does. For instance, the red button on the right starts and stops recording. WZ is for zooming in and out. Then we were told how to do different types of shot. For example, we were shown how to do a pan shot and a track shot. Also we were shown an over the shoulder shot by using two people. We were also taught how to put in the memory card in safely so it does not break. Furthermore we were shown how to put in the battery in properly with care so the chips doesn't break or bend.

Some of the things we were told to do and not to do were:
Making sure we bring all the equipment back on time.
Do not change the menu setting as it will messed up when we put our material on the pc.
Keep an eye on the bags and equipment when we're filming.
